The ride crosses a gorge near a waterfall in the Blue Mountains Australia.The cabin will be the first in the world with a switchable glass floor as part of an elevated viewing section in the middle of the cabin.The cabin will end load with two sets of doors at each end.The winder will be equipped with a variable frequency drive.The ride is replacing a similar but smaller ride installed in 1958 and built inhouse using a recycled ash dumping ropeway from a shale mining operation at Newnes in NSW Australia. |
